Bernd Stittleburg was born in Nuremberg, Germany and immigrated to the United States in 1955. Mr. Stittleburg spent his formative years in Rockford, Illinois where he attended Rock Valley Community College. He then worked in the mechanical engineering field for a number of years. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with an Associates of Science in Business Administration degree, he moved to Sturbridge, Massachusetts. While in New England, he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Clark University in 1987.  In 1993, Stittleburg completed post graduate work in paralegal studies where he received the West Publishing Merit Award for outstanding scholastic performance. He began his legal career in the consumer bankruptcy field with Berliner Law Offices in Springfield, Massachusetts.  In 1995 he continued his legal career when he began working for Galler and Ginsberg P.C. Continuing his relationship with Jonathan Ginsberg, Stittleburg joined Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C. in October of 1997.

     Stittleburg completed his legal studies while working with Ginsberg Law Offices and managed the bankruptcy department from the early part of 2001 through the latter part of 2004.

     In September 2004, Stittleburg opened the Law Offices of Bernd G. Stittleburg and is currently assisting clients with Chapters 7 and 13 Consumer Bankruptcy cases  Uncontested/Negotiated Divorce matters; and Social Security Disability claims.

     Stittleburg graduated with honors from John Marshall Law School Atlanta and was a staff member on John Marshall’s inaugural law review publication entitled “The John Marshall Journal of Law and Ethnic Relations.”  He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Metro Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Group, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
