     The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA) is now law.  It is anticipated that as this new law is implemented into our system, certain challenges may be taken with respect to the new law.  It is my intent to provide with up to date information regarding any decisions rendered with regard to BAPCPA.  I will also keep you abreast of any legislation that may be introduced to the United States Congress regarding BAPCPA.   Additionally, I will also keep you up to date on any changes that may take place with regard to the exemption statutes. I’ll tell you about the pending legislation and how to contact your elected representative should you desire to.
